Unfortunatley due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We regret that a few bad apples have forced us into this policy. All our items are sent new from our manufactures and are quality checked.
With sizing--Costumes run SMALL! If you are in doubt, go bigger. In doubt even more, e-mail us. We know the costumes and we know how they run, we'll be glad to answer any questions.
We are located in the center of the U.S. (Missouri), and currently ship only to the U.S. Our shipments usually ship same business day if the order is received by 3:00 PM CT. Shipment requests placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. If you have ANY questions on shipping times feel free to E-mail us with your info and we can let you know ESTIMATED shipping times.
Unfortunately, once a delivery has been sent it is out of our hands. We CANNOT be held responsible for lost packages, slow delivery and the like. UPS is a large company, and like all big companies they are not perfect. We do our best to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one, but once your package leaves our distribution center it is literally out of our control.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Boxes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
